exploring deep canyons or pinnacles? Want to see what’s just beyond the reach of recreational diving,

This “Intro to Tec Diving” presents an introduction to “What is Tec Diving”, different tec diving
equipment configurations, types of tec diving activities, tec diving concepts and skills, as well as trade-
offs to help divers new to tec diving make better educated decisions before investing in tec dive gear
and training.

We’ll explore:

• Single-tank Tec Diving
• Sidemount Diving
• Diving with Doubles
• Diving with Rebreathers (CCR)
• Prerequisite training required to begin tec diving
• Depth considerations when diving below 100 ft
• Cost per dive based on depth trade-offs

This course is not a certification course. Lecture only, approximately 90 minutes plus Q&A.
